How do ratings work on Tier?
On Tier, every player rates a game out of 10, and that score translates into a tier-list grade: S for masterpieces (9 and up), A for excellent games (8+), B for great ones (6.5+), C for mixed experiences (5+), D for letdowns (3+) and F for failures. The grade gives the verdict at a glance, the score out of 10 adds the nuance. A review can also skip the rating and stand on text alone.
